Custom built in 2015 as the ultimate liveaboard for diving in the Maldives, the Soleil II is an impressive 44-meter vessel on par with jet set yachts. It is built of wood and equipped with all the latest safety and emergency equipment to deal with any eventuality. The ship is owned and run by the French Dune company with more than 20 years of experience in diving tourism in this underwater paradise. Soleil II has 14 luxurious cabins for 28 passengers. Every room is spacious and individually airconditioned. All have a private bathroom and toilet. The Standard cabins on the lower deck have twin or double beds and portholes. The Balcony cabins on the upper deck have their own private balcony with table and chairs. On the main deck are 2 Master Suites, the ultimate in luxury with large windows, wardrobes and sofas plus an optional double or twin layout.


The friendly crew is multilingual and passionate to offer you the best Maldivian experience. The modern design interior has a large communal salon complete with a film projector, sound system, TV, DVD, library and Wi-Fi internet. On board are ample charging points for all your technical devices. The large sun deck complete with jacuzzi is the favourite place for relaxation and evening entertainment.


There are 2 dining areas to choose from. You can dine inside in the comfortable air-conditioned restaurant or on deck to simultaneously enjoy your meal with fresh air and stunning seascapes. The chef provides tasty buffet meals with a choice of local and international flavours. A bar serves soft drinks all day and alcohol after the last dive of the day. Diving takes place from a designated diving Dhoni. Showers and fresh water containers are available for your convenience. Nitrox is available to extend your downtime. Several courses are proposed for the beginning and advanced diver. A rental shop gives you the opportunity to travel light. Snorkelling, fishing and surfing are additional activities for our guests. We also facilitate beach visits and island hopping for the non-divers. The Dune experience guarantees your perfect holiday.


These are example itineraries to give you an indication of the liveaboard cruises. The final cruise might be different due to weather, sea conditions and/or guest experience. The final call is always with the boat manager and the captain of the liveaboard. This to ensure your safety as well as to give you a dive holiday never to forget.

    Day 1 – Arrival and Departure Day

    Blue K Safari Maldives Airport staff will welcome you at Velanaa  International Airport.

    And they will bring you to the boat for boarding while having welcome refreshment he/she will give general boat briefing.

    All information will be given on arrival to Soleil – 2 safari.

    Dinner will be served in the evening as soon as all the guest are on board and settled in, We will Set sail to our first Dive site in the first light of sunrise.

    Day 2 – Sunday – North Male >Vaavu Atoll

    We will start classic dive trip with dive site called Maagiri. We call “check dive” but just an ordinary dive. Kind of warming dive to start fill your Maldives dive story. Embudhoo express and Ran Thila/Guraidhoo Corner giving home  to plenty of reef fishes and sharks and sometimes rays

    Day 3 – Monday – Vaavu Atoll >  Ari Atoll

    Ari Atoll is the place where we cannot miss and that is the atoll you must  before you finish your dive story. Where rays and sharks are present whatever  the directions of the current is. This atoll comes with many dive sites. which can be favorites of many photographers who want capture beauty of underwater, from big to small creatures corals…. nameless

    Day 4 – Tuesday – South Ari Atoll 

    Special highlights of the day is Search for the presence of whale shark soon as we found, we will allow you a chance to snorkel or even scuba with them and if we are lucky sometimes we could see whale shark during dives in maamiligi or dhigu rah archers

    Day 5 – Wednesday – South Ari to Central Ari Atoll

    Panathone is another great dive for both incoming and outgoing currents the external part of panathone, which is at a depth of around 12 to 16 meters, is famous manta site, and you’re very likely to see mantas feeding outside the atoll during an outgoing current. During incoming currents on the ridge of the atoll, you’ll see what I call “Shark City” and dozens of big grey reef sharks mesmerizing your every thought and after dozens of dives our staff will invite you a BBQ dinner

    Day 6 – Thursday – Central Ari Atoll to North Ari Atoll

    Multiple Manta Cleaning Stations, extraordinary thilers, rich with marine life apart from It you will also find eagle rays, hawksbill turtles, Napoleon wrasse, school blue striped snappers, batfish and fusiliers and also conclude with night manta show…

    Day 7 – Friday – Ari Atoll to Kaafu Atoll

    It’s wonderful to watch elegance movement of a large school of grey reef sharks at bathala maagau, big schools of snappers, jack fishers, fusiliers, barracudas and dogtooth tunas. Fish head is the wonderful place for schools of fish and many  other marine life. And maybe if time permit us to do our last dive to fish tank will give amazing movements of fish life, specially guitar sharks and rays and eels are the  stars.

    Day 8  – Saturday

    Arrival/ Departure

You can also find eagle rays, hawksbill turtles, Napoleon wrasse, school blue striped snappers, batfish and fusiliers and also conclude with night manta show

Baa Atoll

  • Length: 8 Days / 7 Nights (Approximately 18 dives in total)
  • Experience level: No Certificate needed – 50 minimum logged dives required.

Arrival and depature – Ibrahim Nasir International Airport.

Saturday daytime and night time we will pick up from the airport.

Sunday early morning 7 am. 1st Dive (Check dive)

If the weather is good cross to Baa Atoll. about 5 – 7 hours to Baa Atoll. 2nd dive in Baa Atoll.

Monday. dive Hanifaru bay or close by.

Tuesday, Dive North Baa and West side of Baa.

Wednesday, dive South Baa,

Thursday. after morning dive return to North Male Atoll, about 5-7 hours, 2nd dive in North Male.

Friday. Dive North Male.

Saturday. Captial City Male tour or Hulumale shopping or sight seeing.

Transfer to the airport according to flight.


Tuesday, sometimes if not much happening in Hanifaru bay we may go to Raa atoll to dive.

Wednesday. we may return Hanifaru bay again to see if there is any action.
