Diving conditions in the Maldives can be challenging, especially on Deep South itineraries. We therefore strongly recommend the following dive experience:
Regular itineraries: We recommend being certified as AOW or having OW + 100 logged dives + experience in deep, current, and night dives.
Deep South itineraries: We recommend being AOW certified with at least 100 logged dives and experience in currents.
Our dive instructor on board is responsible for everyone’s safety and can ask people to sit out a specific dive if he believes they are not experienced enough for a particular dive. PADI courses are available on board and can be done during our trips.
