Blue Manta liveaboard recent purpose-built dive vessel has a steel hull with a length of 45- and a beam of 9 meters. A great advantage is an optimal stability in any weather condition compared to wooden vessels.

Accommodation

Blue Manta Liveaboard accommodates 18 guests in 14 exquisite and spacious cabins. All have individual air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of storage space.

On the upper deck, six twin/double cabins have either a Double or 2 single beds. On the main deck, four cabins have either two single beds or one single and a double. These cabins can take three guests with charters.

On the lower deck are four cabins with portholes and two single beds. These are ideal for single travelers.

Comfort

MV Blue Manta and her crew are dedicated to your convenience and enjoyment. The lounge area on the main deck has large windows, air conditioning, comfortable sofas, a library, and a large flat screen tv.

The sundeck is situated on the upper deck with sunbeds as well as comfortable chairs. Relax in the shade or work on your tan while you enjoy the passing seascapes.

Catering

KM Blue Manta liveaboard chefs take pride in their food and provide four meals a day that will leave you filled and satisfied. 2 breakfasts are served before and after the first dive with freshly baked bread. The early breakfast is light continental; the second is full English.

Lunch is a buffet with choices of Asian and western gastronomy. Afternoon snacks are offered. Dinner is a fine dining experience with either Asian or western dishes.

Depending on your preference, you can enjoy your meals in the lounge or the outside dining area on the upper deck.

Diving

Blue Manta liveaboard has a specially designed dive deck with lots of space for scuba divers and equipment. Each scuba diver has an individual rinse tank.

Freshwater showers and large washbasins are installed to rinse your body and gear quickly.

We have an indoor dry camera room next to the dive deck. This is the perfect area to prepare your camera for the next dive.

A skilled dive guide accompanies small groups of 4. He or she will bring you to the dive sites with a dinghy and support you in every way to have a fabulous and safe underwater experience.

(0-1 dive) 3 pm Trip Departure day.  Our staff will meet you upon your arrival at Sorong Airport or local hotel and transfer you to the awaiting Blue Manta.  Arrivals before midday are best, so we can check dive at Red Light District (Lampu Merah) just outside Sorong before we get underway by 3 pm for overnight sail.

Day 2. (4 dives) Daram island area

Day 3. (4 dives) Misool; Wayil area with its beautiful lagoon for a boat tour and super dives.

Day 4. (3 dives) Misool; Fiabacet & Boo area.   Sail to overnight to Central & North Raja Ampat.

Day 5. (4 dives) Pianemu area, including famous Melissa’s Garden and stunning View Point hike.

Day 6. (4 dives) Manta ridge & Dampier Strait

Day 7. (4 dives) Kri area, including Big Fish, Cape Kri, Sardine Run, & excellent night dive.
