Accommodation

Blue Force One Maldives liveaboard is 138 feet (42m) long and 39 feet (12m) wide, making it exceptionally spacious to host up to 20 guests in 11 top-notch cabins available on all three decks.

The four types of luxury cabins include 6 Deluxe cabins and 1 Master Suite on the lower deck, 2 Master Cabins on the main deck, and 2 Junior Suites on the upper decks.

All Cabins are equipped with en-suite bathrooms/hot showers, private Jacuzzis, hairdryer, individually controlled air-conditioning, a 32’ TV, and WiFi to provide you with a 5-start holiday experience.

The cabins on the upper and main deck also offer marvelous sea views through large windows.

Blue Force One Maldives provides ample opportunities to relax and enjoy, on and off the board. You can enjoy a relaxing bath in the sun or on a starry night according to your preference.

Three Sun decks allow the sun loungers to soak up the sun or nap away leisurely under the shade and relish the spellbinding views of the sunrise and sunset.

Blue Force One Liveaboard offers all sorts of entertainment facilities from a mini-library to movies on 65” TV, a disco, and a boutique, which you can enjoy while having your favorite drinks available all day long on the indoor and outdoor bars.

Other than diving, many other water activities are available on the cruise, including kayak, fishing, paddle SUPs, and an inflatable Jobe banana boat.

Catering

With the best chefs available on the liveaboard, the vast, open-air restaurant at the Blue Force One Maldives provides incredibly scrumptious food thrice a day, including various local and international delicacies enjoying the fantastic ocean views.

Other than the hearty meals, snacks, drinks, and teas are also available any time of the day.

Diving

Blue Force One Maldives offers diving trips all year round where you can explore the most incredible pelagics with common sightings of Manta Rays, Hammerhead, and Whale sharks in the Maldives Indian Ocean.

Dives are conducted from the dive dhoni, which sails along MV Blue Force One, equipped with air compressors and nitrox membrane, and diving gear to ensure a smooth, safe, and memorable diving experience for avid divers.

The boat also has adequate life jackets, first aid kits and oxygen, and fire extinguishers. The dive guides are all professionally trained and well-versed in English to efficiently cater to your diving needs.

Itinerary: North Male, Ari, Vaavu, Meemu, Thaa, Laamu & Gaafu.
Objectives: Mantas in the cleanning stations, mantas at night and whale shark in Ari, nurse shark at night, pelagic and sharks in Meemu and Laamu channels and whale at night in Thaa.

Cruise Program:

Day 1 Saturday: Male Airport – Embarking Atoll – “7 Atolls” Diving Cruise
Arrival at Male Airport, Emigration proceedings. Baggage claim.
Day 1: Transfer to the boat.
(Timetable will be confirmed). Arrival and baggage claim and transfer to Maldives Blue Force One by dhoni. Allocation of cabins, briefing about the boat, dive itinerary… and start of the cruise.

Days 2-7 Sunday-Friday: “7 Atolls” Diving Cruise
Dive in North Male, Ari, Vaavu, Meemu, Thaa, Laamu & Gaafu. 3 dives a day, including 1 or 2 night dives in the week. Depending on the diving conditions, the number of daily dives can be modified, guaranteeing a total amount of 18 dives per week. Afternoon mainland visits (if no night dive is programmed). After dinner several group activities are arranged or just relax on board, games, movies, karaoke, jacuzzi, kayak, paddle Sup… Photosub summary & weekly videosub after dinner.

Day 8 Saturday: Disembark in the Morning.

Marine Life: Mantas, pelagic, whale sharks, gray sharks, reef sharks, hammerheads, thresher sharks, thilas with its multicoloured and varied wildlife and some shipwrecks are only an example of what you can enjoy on this great cruise

On this route, you will visit North and South Male Atolls and Felidhoo to dive in “Kandhus” and see pelagics and sharks, such as Miyaru or Devana Kandhu; a great night dive with nurse sharks, sting rays and jacks near Alimatha; and Ali Atoll where we will dive thilas, mantas cleaning stations, manta dive night and we will try to find whale sharks to swim and snorkel.

Maldives Southern Hemisphere Expedition is a 10 weeks safari with 2 routes and different sites: 7 Atolls Route and South Hemisphere route.

Maldives Blue Force ONE will depart to the southern part of the archipelago where it will remain without returning to Male for 8 weeks basing the operation in the equatorial area. In April we will do the same route during 4 weeks, 2 down and 2 up.The route is unique and outside all traditional circuits. The quality of the dives is extraordinary. The amount of life (schools of jackfish, schools of sharks, mantas, tiger, fox, hammerheads even the whale shark at night …) and the quality and exuberance of the coral reefs.

Dive areas include Gaaf Alif – Foamulah – Addu / Addu – Foamulah – Gaaf Alif.

Marine Life: Thilas with corals as it was Maldives like 25 years ago, channels to enjoy pelagic and sharks, coral reefs and green turtles, mantas and the biggest wreck in Maldives, the British Loyalty. After 12 successful expeditions to the Deep South of Maldives and with the acquired experience, we have scheduled again the widest season of cruises on Maldives Southern Hemisphere in the very months which we find optimal dive conditions.

Cruise Program:

Day 1 Saturday: Check for the flight from Male to Kooddoo.
(Timetable will be confirmed). Arrival and baggage claim and transfer to Maldives Blue Force One by dhoni. Allocation of cabins, briefing about the boat, dive itinerary… and start of the cruise. We suggest arrival before noon for those who make Deep South Up Week 10 to connect with the domestic flight to Kooddoo.

Days 2-7 Sunday-Friday: “7 Atolls” Diving Cruise
Dive in North Male, Ari, Vaavu, Meemu, Thaa, Laamu & Gaafu. 3 dives a day, including 1 or 2 night dives in the week. Depending on the diving conditions, the number of daily dives can be modified, guaranteeing a total amount of 18 dives per week. Afternoon mainland visits (if no night dive is programmed). After dinner several group activities are arranged or just relax on board, games, movies, karaoke, jacuzzi, kayak, paddle Sup… Photosub summary & weekly videosub after dinner.

Day 8 Saturday: Disembark at 07:00 am at Male airport. Depending on the flight timetables you could have enough time to visit Mle and make the last shoppings. Option of day hotel next to Male airport or in Hulhumale.
